YPSILON - Survivable Media Gateway / Channel Bank for VoIP and ISDN
One of the major problems with the integration
of Voice-Over-IP telephone systems (e.g. ASTERISK or SER) is the
integration into the existing conventional telephone infrastructure.
The YPSILON-Media Gateways from TAS offer in this case an optimised
protection of investment, because
YPSILON allows you to keep your existing telecom-munication technology
and to continue using it. The gateways will simply be connected
between the telephone exchange line and the telephone system.

The functions of both technologies:
Using YPSILON secures not only the functions of your telephone system
but also the functions of your VoIP system (e.g. ASTERISK or SER).
The user will be able to continue using their telephone system in
full, and can, as a result, keep their assigned ISDN-telephone number.
Routing function:
YPSILON unterscheidet die jeweiligen Telefonziele anhand eines Rufnummernplans.
DSL connection:
The VoIP telephone system can optionally be con-nected to an SIP
Provider.
Double security (Survival):
In the event of the VoIP system failing, calls can still be made
using the conventional telephone system.
YPSILON automatically switches into ISDN mode if the power supply
for the device fails.
DSP integrated (S2M Variant):
The S2M version contains an AudioCodes DSP chip for voice and fax
processing; G711A/µ; G723; G726; G729; T.38; Echo cancellation.
Remote Access:
For remote maintenance and configuration purposes remote access
to the device can be arranged via Web or ISDN.
High reliability:
No rotating memory discs or wear parts, power consumption of only
8 watts.
Configuration:
The configuration is user-friendly, since any common Web browser
can be used.

 Ein
breites Portfolio von Lösungen für Telekommunikation und
Security präsentiert TAS auf der CeBIT 2008. Die Messepräsentation
umfasst Lösungen für VoIP-Integration, Konferenzserver,
Anrufserver, Telefone sowie Alarm- und Gefahrenmeldung. TAS stellt
auf der CeBIT in Halle 12 auf Stand C06 aus.

ARUTEL 3.0: Das telefonische Benachrichtigungs- und Alarmierungssystem
ARUTEL arbeitet jetzt frei von Steuerrechnern oder PC Hardware,
frei von rotierenden Speichern, frei von Windows. Vielmehr handelt
es sich um nurmehr eine einzige 19 Zoll 1HE - Einheit, die per Web-Browser
angesprochen wird. Sowohl Konfiguration als auch Administration
kann man bequem vom Arbeitsplatz mit z.B. einem Internet-Explorer
durchführen. Anschließend könnten Sie gar Ihren
PC abschalten, da die Einheit selbständig arbeitet. Darüber
hinaus ist ARUTEL jetzt VoIP-fähig, so dass ggf. keine ISDN
Schnittstelle mehr benötigt wird.
